Sierra Fountains is a 60-unit affordable housing community designed to support healthy, connected living in the City of Fontana. The site planning and architecture are centered around wellness, sustainability, and social cohesion creating a residential environment that fosters both individual and community well-being. The development integrates a range of outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, playground, barbecue and picnic areas, community garden, and generous green open spaces. These elements are intentionally designed to encourage resident interaction, promote active lifestyles, and strengthen neighborhood ties.In addition to its residential and communal functions, Sierra Fountains incorporates a dedicated health and wellness clinic an essential component of the design. This clinic provides access to preventive healthcare services such as immunizations, flu shots, sick childcare, and health education classes, serving both residents and the broader community.
