RESI Architecture designed the new San Juan Capistrano City Hall to reflect the city's historic character while meeting the functional needs of a modern civic center. Drawing from the region’s Spanish Colonial heritage, the design incorporates stucco walls, clay tile roofs, and shaded arcades, blending traditional forms with contemporary detailing.

The building includes city administrative offices, council chambers, public service counters, and a central plaza for community use. Natural daylighting, efficient building systems, and water-conscious landscaping support long-term sustainability goals. Located in the heart of downtown, the new City Hall strengthens the civic presence while remaining sensitive to its historic surroundings.
