Salida del Sol is a distinctive mixed-use development that thoughtfully combines civic and residential functions in a cohesive architectural expression. Anchored by a new 14,500 square foot City Hall and 40 units of Permanent Supportive Housing for formerly homeless individuals and veterans, the project is a contemporary interpretation of the Spanish Mission style deeply rooted in the historical context of San Juan Capistrano. At the heart of the development, a landscaped central courtyard serves as a social spine, linking residents to on-site amenities including a community center, computer lab, resident lounge, communal kitchen, and outdoor barbecue area.
