This medium-density, affordable housing apartment project is located on a five acre site in Sacramento. It is a sustainable community, designed with a contemporary style of architecture. Aligned with our Client’s goals, RESI Chris Weimholt and Corey DeManty designed this project to comply with the Federal RESI guidelines. Principals of Universal Design. This project exceeds California Title 24 by 30% by employing many sustainable design features. Some of those features include a cool roof, exteriorridged insulation, shading devices, drought tolerant planting, energy star appliances and the Build It Green program.
