Alexan Kendry is a three and four-story tuck-under development on a 7-acre site in Montclair. The project includes a new “L” shaped public street lined with motor-court style buildings, creating courtyards and an engaging pedestrian experience. Five residential buildings hold 211 units, while an 8,500 square foot amenity building offers a club lounge, co-working spaces, a fitness center, and an art studio. Inspired by Montclair’s citrus farming history, the design features a modern farmhouse aesthetic with meadows, a pond, citrus groves, and vegetable gardens. A small pocket park anchors the site at the street’s terminus.
