Casa de Carmen is a mixed-use supportive housing and shelter development designed to provide both immediate and long-term housing solutions within a cohesive environment. The project includes a 12,715-square-foot shelter at the ground level, supporting emergency needs, with four stories above accommodating 55 residential units. The design integrates a public plaza and a private courtyard that create opportunities for gathering and reflection, while dedicated office spaces support case management and resident services. Amenities such as outdoor podium and rooftop decks, community rooms, computer workstations, and garden areas promote wellness, connection, and daily support for residents transitioning to stability.
